I had previously set my goal to 160 #'s but after close evaluation, I have decided to set a new goal and work towards 150.

and put in my current weight 172 and my new goal weight of 150 so here are my models. Go to models Hope you go and get your own. What motivation!
BLC20 - I thank you for the challenge and the encouragement to continue when I whined about the daily challenges. I am finishing strong and looking forward to the BLC21.
