Not real applicable.
I have not "failed" in the sense that I have no indulged in mindless binging and I have managed to fit in some workout time.
This being the week that I got to pull triple duty at work I was expecting worse.
I have not "won" in the fact that I still have been indiscrete with the carb goodies and have not worked as hard on my fitness as I could of. Also had a couple to o many beers last night.
Still when I was expecting to completely lose my mind and my self control this week I can say that things have gone better than expected.
No really, sometimes that is enough.
I am going to have a somewhat indulgent weekend too, but still try not go overboard.
Next week, crack the whip on me.
Update 11/30/12 3:15pm: Managed to get a good brisk walk at lunch. It was the despised boss that went with me but I decided i favor of health over spite.
2.1 miles 29 minutes.
Not an intense workout but I feel better about the fact that tonight will be rather sedintary
My toes are now poking through the top of my sneakers... I really need new workout shoes.
