My weigh-in this morning could’ve been worse. I ended up “only” being up 1.5 pounds for the month of November. I will accept the gain and move onto December knowing that I CAN do better. I would love to be back to my lowest weight of the year before December 31. It’s going to take some work, I will need to lose 5.5 pounds. I know it can be done, I just have to make it happen.
Starting tomorrow, I plan to get back to my daily “No Excuses” blogs. Starting tomorrow, I plan to start up my “at least 10 min of exercise a day” streak. Starting tomorrow, I will quit being lazy and get things done around my apartment. Starting tomorrow, I will stop myself from snacking all day every day. December is going to be my MAKE IT HAPPEN month!
