My weigh-in this morning could’ve been worse. I ended up “only” being up 1.5 pounds for the month of November. I will accept the gain and move onto December knowing that I CAN do better. I would love to be back to my lowest weight of the year before December 31. It’s going to take some work, I will need to lose 5.5 pounds. I know it can be done, I just have to make it happen.

Starting tomorrow, I plan to get back to my daily “No Excuses” blogs. Starting tomorrow, I plan to start up my “at least 10 min of exercise a day” streak. Starting tomorrow, I will quit being lazy and get things done around my apartment. Starting tomorrow, I will stop myself from snacking all day every day. December is going to be my MAKE IT HAPPEN month!

    I'm on day 8 of my "no excuses" streak. I've been tracking, drinking my water, exercising daily, EATING WITHIN RANGE, etc. I'm down 2 pounds for the month of November (a miracle for sure) and am looking forward to making December a GREAT month. I have a lot of things coming up so I have to make sure that I am MAKING my choices and not just letting them happen. Let's BOTH make december a great month! I would say "good luck" but we both know that luck has very little to do with it!

And congrats on the 1.5 gain -- I know what you mean -- sometimes you expect it to be a lot worse!!

    However tempting it is to say 'tomorrow never comes' I'm right with you! Sometimes it just HAS to be tomorrow lol!

You did so well with your last blogging commitment, look forward to watching you achieve another successful month. Go and make it happen.
