Well was doing really good on loosing weight then I had some health issues and gained some back think I have the issues resolved at least for the time being and back on track and already started loosing what i put back on I want to be at least 175 by xmas was gonna push for 170 but think that's dreaming. I love my new treadmill makes working out so much more convenient I dont have to go anywhere just down in my basement at any time and its cool down there all the time so I can really push myself without dying from heat even in the summer. Really think it was the best investment i could make for 600 bucks and now i dont have to pay a gym membership and actually working out more I find myself going for a walk late at night when I cant sleep which is safer then walking the neighborhood alone at night.

    I know what you mean - I have my stationary bike in the living room, so I can watch a movie while pedaling. Ialso had some injuries that set me back a bit, but Spark trackers sure help. Never give up! Shel
