Well.. The scale has not moved as much as I would like recently. However, I had a small victory today!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE night at work last night. So of course the first thing I think about is making it better with food. However, I sat down to ride my bike for 10 minutes instead and ended up riding 25 minutes! Woo!!! Plus I didn't eat baked goods or candy to make myself feel better!! Kind of a big deal for me! Exited.
