Staying On Track

My plan to continue with my weight loss, or to at least maintain over break and during the holidays are as follows;
1. drink 8 glasses or water a day
2. LCW on Monday or Tuesday (at least one day and maybe both)
3. TNT on Wed. and Thursday (at least one day and maybe both)
Find weekend challenges and do one every weekend – Friday through Monday.
I can’t believe the round will soon be over.
