Why am I so tired?

Well, lets hope I get more done today than I did yesterday. For some reason I just get more and more tired as the week goes by. Not sure why my body is doing this to me, but I would really like a steady stream of energy. Right now I just want to go back to bed! I think I just need a lazy day to recover the energy I've lost.

To Do List:
~edited as the day progresses~
* means left over from previous days

*Update payment info on Netflix - Done
Pay bills - Done
***Move some furniture around to get ready for x-mas tree - Done
**Get quarters for laundry - Done

****Clean my bedroom - in progress
****Get my gym membership (on hold until at least week of 12/9)
***Clean tub, sink, toilet in bathroom
***Sweep/mop kitchen floor
***Sweep/mop bathroom floor
**Clean off computer desk
**At least 2 loads of laundry per day (this one will perpetually be on my list)
**Start transferring my recipes to docs so I have backup copies
*Go through weekly store circulars to find out what's on sale for grocery shopping
Clean out fridge

    Recover days are needed. Don't let it get you down. Rest as needed and do what you can when you can.

    I do not think you need a lazy day, I think you need to get out there and RUN!!! Lol. :P When I do not do anything, I always feel so tired, get up and move it woman! :)

    I know why you are tired. You are doing the tasks of ten women!!

What is important? To me, pay the bills

Is today your day off of work? Enjoy it. This would be next.

If you don't work, then listen to Lolaturtle. Be sure you are actually getting 8 hours sleep. If not, you might consider doing the SP Sleep Challenge. It really helped me. And once I started getting enough sleep, I wasn't grouchy (I admit it, I was grouchy) any more, AND I finally started losing weight. Go figure (on the weight loss).

    You're probably tired because you haven't been sleeping well! Can you stick to a regular bedtime for a couple weeks? It takes a bit but it did help me.

I hate it though, because I'm a night owl. Especially this time of year with crafty things and wrapping and such I want to get stuff done, not go to bed at 10! haha.
