stared this week back up at 195 now after 6 days the scale is saying 190, even if i take into account that i was blotted on Sunday when i weighed the 195 that is still a bigger loss then i have ever seen in a weeks time, i haven't been eating the best mostly with in calorie range, a few days over but the calories haven't been the best choices and workout's have been minimal this week so wondering if it has anything to do with the hold i have put on my strength training, i seen where it only take 2 to 6 weeks to start losing muscle mass, or if my body is really shedding some fat, weigh in is tomorrow morning but not going to put a lot of power in the scale number this week but will look forward to the measurements part, next Saturday if i am still down i will be rejoicing and doing back flips, at least in my head lol,
Monday start;s an intense 2 week challenge for me on another site and i have set daily goals for myself and will not adjust them for anything they are set in stone and for two weeks i can do anything so come on Monday i am soooo ready for this great challenge to jump start my December and get me moving into the new year on the right foot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
