no exercise this week :(

well today was weigh in day. i was worried because i have been unable to exercise this week due to my toe being cut open by the dr. down side i didnt lose any weight plus side i didnt gain any weight. I was mostly worried about gaining. i didnt do too many things that are considered bad but still got a little worried. I started drinking coffee again this week and thats where my worry was coming from. i do not use too much sugar or 2% milk but i still worried.

I am also in the process of buying a recumbent bike (if i spelled it right). my friend is moving and either doesnt want it anymore or cant move it with her. so 45 dollars and its mine! its selling for 170 brand new so thats a pretty good deal i think and it gives mesomething else to do besides what i have been doing :) ok gotta go start my day. have a great weekend all!

Your new bike sounds great. I can't wait to see a picture of it.
I've been thinking about getting another piece of exercise equipment also but haven't made my mind up yet. What I don't want is things that collect dust So Like you I am being very careful about what I pick. My sister has a Nortic Track Classic Skier and I am going to see if she wants to do a "trade" for a few months. She can use my inversion table. I'll keep you posted.

    I hope your toe heals soon so you can get back to what you want/need to do. Even if you didn't lose any weight you are still maintaining and that is good. Hope you are able to get the bike. (fingers-crossed)

    HUGS, and I understand! I went thru surgery this summer, a month of sitting/crutching wherever I went. SO trust me, I sat more than I walked! I gained a ton of water/salt weight, (from surgery) but lost it when i got moving again :) And? It took that time to actually motivate me to be on the weight loss journey i'm on now... :) hugs!! and keep moving :)
