I just read the article about women who even though they exercise put them selves at risk for sitting too much during the day. I thought about myself, as I do exercise, but I spend way too much time sitting at a computer. I am retired but my previous job involved sitting at a computer all day. But now I even sit and watch TV. My kids are out of the house and I have more time now than ever. Probably explains my very slow weight loss. It is definitely something to keep in mind .
