Last day of November - and goals.

On the last day of October I noted that I weighed 168 lbs, and had lost 6.8 lbs in October.

Today, on the last day of November I am very proud to announce that I weigh 162.9 lbs for a total of 5.1 lbs lost this month.

This, despite getting REALLY busy this month, as well as getting closer to my goal weight (meaning it naturally 'should' be getting harder to lose). I'm pretty proud of that!

I have 10.9 lbs left to lose to reach my goal of 152 lbs. My original goal date was January 15, meaning I have 6 weeks left - indicating I should lose 1.8 lbs per week for the next 6 weeks. I'm going to extend my goal until January 30, giving me a little more leeway over the holidays, but still staying focused :-)

My short term goal is to lose 3 lbs by Dec 15th (doable), when a friend of mine from the states will be arriving for a Christmas visit. He hasn't seen me since I was in the 200s, and it would be awesome to be able to tell him that I am in the 150s! :-)
