Ugh - Having a Rough Week!

This is one of those weeks where my weight just seems to be creeping up on the scale. I didnt' have any dessert last night, I haven't been drinking alcohol. The only thing I can figure is I have been snacking on the Wheat Thins that my ML left me at Thanksgiving. I really have to start planning my meals and snacks so that I get the results that I want. I CAN do this!!

    Wow - thank you all so much for your comments. It really meant so much to learn that all of you are really out there to help me through these difficult times. I have taken much of your advice - started tracking my food, started drinking more water, continuing with my exercising (and soon will add yoga and meditation to the mix). Thank you all so much for taking the time to post!!

What if you throw away that food that you've been snacking on? When I do that sometimes, my whole mindset changes.

    Tracking everything helps. I got out of practice and when I started back I still forgot things like that bottle of hard cider. Devil is in the details...

    Stressful weeks tend to cause weight to stay on.

Have not ready anything about you drinking water or getting some exercise in

those help with snacking and stress isssues

    your weight will change from day to day but as long as you are not seeing weekly gains then you are moving in the right direction.
I have found that if I plan my meals and snacks for the week before I go to the grocery store I do better. I also only have veggies or protein for snacks as they fill you up.

    Keep moving forward!! I am glad to see that you are not giving up...I gave up about a year ago and gained back all of the weight I lost...I could KICK myself....catch it now and start doing what you need to do to get back on the right track!!! Good luck with your journey!
