Month 1 is almost over.

It is hard to believe I've been going at this for over 4 weeks. Besides the 2 cheat days I allowed, I've kept on track. I've gone over by 100-150 calories a couple times, but I don't fret about it. I haven't wavered and I'm still as motivated today as I was 30 days ago. Something is different about this time. I'm ready.
