Peice of Marmite toast, orange and coffee
scroggin and milo
Satay veges and rice, juice
Coffee
Egg and vege fried rice

Stoked.. I did awesome today :)

    Keep it up! I am going to set myself up with some salad here shortly, but I really think keeping some trail mix around is a good idea. I won't tell you what scroggin means to me and my group of friends - they are somewhat of what you would call "rednecks". Well, I am not sure that Kiwis would call them rendecks, but I definitely do!

    Scroggin is a redneck way to say having sex. For example: "We was scroggin the other day and one of the kids walked in!"

    Yes, people really do say things that are messed up as that is. And it wasn't me because I have NOT been scroggin (but you did it with Milo this morning!), nor have I any children!

    Hope you found that funny. I haven't laughed much in these past few days, and i am now giggling with you!

    Haha yeah.. It is a bit of a Kiwi menu. marmite is a yeast extract spread, similar to vegemite or promite if you've heard of those?

    Scroggin is just trail mix, and milo is a malt drink :P

    the only thing on your menu that I understood what it was is orange, coffee and rice and an egg...I have no idea what the rest of it is but I am glad you did good.... emoticon
