I weighed in at 130.8
I swam 1700 yards and could have done more. Half-way through I felt a little soreness in my shoulder and asked my daughter for suggestions of what I could do. She said to rotate my body more (not just shoulders but hips as well) from side to side with each stroke and that solved the problem. Breathing differently (exhaling only shortly before inhaling again) helped me to cut the rest time down by about 10 seconds from 40 to 30 seconds in between each 50 yards.
I had very little time to do any walking. Tomorrow should be less busy.
I think I went a little over on the carbs today, probably around 80 grams.
