Another 15 min of high stepping. And 2 jumping jacks. Doesn't seem enough but I like the flow.
I had an evening full of baking sweets...
No I am not going to eat them... But I am selling them in the church bake sale. thank goodness sweets are not a trigger for me. I wish that carbs and salt foods were not a trigger for me either but I guess we must all have our sticking points.
4 cakes and two batches of brownies later...... Hope they go quick!

I wish sweets weren't a trigger food for me. But the only cookies I can be around safely are the ones I bake for my dog. emoticon
