I have been exhausted all day.
I suddnely caught a glimpse of myself - as though I was hovering over my own body, my own life.
I hated and was disgusted by what I saw.
This moment - it is now that I am ready to make a change:
1. stick to my plan like glue
2. push my workouts to the max
3. sleep enough
4. care about how i look
5. care about how i act
6. be elegant and soft
7. never neglect myself again
8. lose these 20 pounds and just do it
