I bought the new Peak10 10-pack DVD set by Michelle Dozios a couple weeks ago. It comes with a schedule very similar to the Beachbody programs that tells you what to do on each day. I always try out each workout before starting a schedule so that I can see how they are (and because I am excited to try them and don't want to wait a month or so to get to the more advanced ones). I have tried all of them except for the "Fit Test"- which I will do on Sunday and record all of my results.
A friend at work also purchased the DVD set after I told her how much I loved them. We have decided that we are going to start the actual 8-week schedule on Monday (that is the day that her DVDs are scheduled to come in the mail). I am excited to have someone who is doing the same program so that we can motivate each other and cheer each other on!
My husband has been working out quite a bit lately and using the myfitnesspal app on his phone. He goes to a local gym, I workout in our basement. We did our measurements and took pictures today so that in 8 weeks I can see how much progress I have made. We will take progress pictures in a month, so I will post the before and after pictures then. I'm expecting big progress- the people on the DVDs have lost 10-20+ pounds and look amazing! I am also tracking my food on the myfitnesspal app. I am going to really focus on clean eating throughout these 8 weeks so that I can see the best results possible!
