... well trying at least. I decided to injure myself in September and have not been able move without pain since then. I am now forcing myself to move. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving I went bowling with some friends realizing that I was going to regret it later. I was right, but after taking pain pills, I was able to mostly move the next two days without too much pain. That's when I realized that regardless of the pain, the movement was good for my body.
I joined the 100 day challenge group to put myself to the test. I am going to start small, with just some walking to build up my pain tolerance and then hopefully get rid of the pain all together. Physical therapy helps but it just isnt enough. So here's the beginning of 100 days to get my body back together without pain, get in the habit of exercise and maybe lose a little weight while I'm at it
