Today, I did Zumba and Yoga. It felt good. Usually, I have a walking buddy who is great. Today she could not walk, so I decided to take out my cds. What a work out. I realize I need to do more than just walking. I need to add strength training to my work outs. I notice that in the morning I weigh less than I do in the evenings. This morning I weighed 192 and this evening I weighed 194. I perfer my morning weight. :)
I like the way I am eating. The diet It is based on healthy organic foods. I no longer get swollen around my ankles, legs and hands. Its more than just a diet it a better way of eating. Its for me. I feel great!
