W1D4: Off (unplanned)
Ugh, that's ugly up there.
But hey, I said I would blog every day, and I am. I had an appointment after work and it threw my game off.
I ate some banana pudding for dessert. It wasn't low fat in the slightest. It came from Kroger deli and had about an inch of cool whip.
But you guys... I'm PMS'ing so hard. Don't I get a pass?
Tomorrow was supposed to be an off day, but now I have to drag myself to the gym on a Friday evening. Well, these are the consequences. Since I have a long run slated for Saturday morning, I'm just going to nix the running workout I skipped tonight. But that's ok.. I've read you're less prone to injury if you increase your distance by no more than 10% per week, and I was getting close to the danger zone.
TIRED.. but not so sore.
