I had a long day at work, and for timing reasons was forced to take my lunch exactly 1 hour before the Crossfit session. :( I was so disappointed. It's heavy on the "warm-up" because we all sit at desks all day. Everyone is usually sweating up a storm on the "warm-up". ;) Well, at least I know I do!
I'm saving this so I can do it this weekend. Some of it I can't do because I don't have the TRX straps, but I'll substitute rows with dumbbells or something close.
3 way jumping jacks & 10 squats, repeat 3 times
spiderman crawls across the room and back
standing knee hugs, probably 10
bear crawl across the room
over/unders across the room and back
deadbugs (lay down)
standing side to side hops, and front/back hops -10/10*x2
arm swings/hugs*repeat in between the hop sets
TRX high pulls 2x10
bridges series (?) 2x5
lat lunges w/change (?) 2x5
3 pt shoulders (on tummy) 8 each
arm haulers (?) 10 each
2-way hip/glute (probably fire hydrant straight into a kickback)
Whew! I'm still so disappointed I missed it.
Update: Saturday, 6:30 am Heather & I did this and found out our gym has TRX straps!
