Here again

I haven't blogged for a few days , but since the last time i wrote I have been keeping up with my daily exercise. Some days it's not more than 10 mins. but I have been sticking to it. I do feel the difference in my body.

    The New Year 2013 is fast approaching. My desire for the new year is to be more consistent in my eating habits regarding portion control.
    Slowly I have become better at my daily exercises, and I have noticed
    changes in the way the waist on some of my clothes are fitting. I have made efforts to improve on keeping check of my exercise minutes and what I eat, but I am having real problems there.
