I just had an OMG! moment! I was looking through my friends and I wanted to check up on one. I went to her site, she is one of sparksmotivaters. I had commented on her page last year at this time. I was hopeless. I needed some help. I was in a low place. Now it is 2012 and I am 12 pounds lighter! Wow! Where have I been? I have been dreaming or something! I make efforts daily to keep on track. Blogging has helped me immensely. I can't believe it has been a whole year since I added that friend and wrote that call for help! Amazing!

Okay, so now I am awake.

Gatta keep up what I am doing because, man, it makes me happy! Life can be hetic. But if you really want something, really want it, then find a way to get there, to get it.

I am glad I am not the me of last year!
Now I am going to be a better me next year! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I had to read this twice. At first, I thought you were disappointed to be down 12 pounds and then I read it correctly - I had a whole cheer up speech written and had to delete it. I think it is wonderful and exciting to have stuck to the program for a year and to be feeling great and happy. Congratulations!! I think you deserve to be PROUD of yourself. Glad you are no longer as DOWN as a year ago and that you have found a new you.
