Hey there! Isn't college life TERRIBLE for the diet?! I'm a second degree seeking student and kind of forgot how terrible food was in this setting. There is so much convenience food it's really hard to keep yourself accountable. I remember my first time in school they talked about the dreaded freshman 15. I actually didn't get mine till sophmore year but still did get it cause I had the appetite of a starving tiger. LOL
Remember that having treats is ok as long as you do it in moderation. There's no need to deprive yourself but this also means a lesson in self-control. I know it sounds easy when I write it here and it's not something that comes over night. If you work on healthy habits now, not deprivation, it will be so much easier in the long run. Whatever your goals are, stay close to them and give yourself enough credit to know that you CAN and WILL make your goal!
