#1 No workout after 8 pm = Check!
#2 3L water = Check!
#3 Into my bedroom before 10pm = No!
Total Jump Rope (Goal = 6000 by end of month) = 2320x (current total = 4901x)
Daily Jumping Jacks (Goal 225 daily) = 0x
Turkey Trot (Goal = 90 miles by end of month, 10 miles in 1st 7 days of December) = 3.7 miles (current total = 87.7 miles)
Yesterday, woke up with cramp at my left calf, must be from walking with tortorous shoes, still feel slight sore till now :(
Yay for fabulous jump rope yesterday! Got 2320x in 30-min. First 15-min, morning, I did 1000x with long rest between jumps and lots of tripping. Second 15-min, night, 1320 jumps with short rest between jumps and nearly no tripping. Current total = 4901x so need to jump at least 1099x today, the last day of november, to get this month goal 6000 jumps!
Yesterday also my last day for 4-day training, it was great sessions, especially made people more aware of their roles & responsibilities using two systems and not push everything to me a.k.a. the admin/super user :D
