Decide where I want to be this time next year in my quest for a healthier me.
I’m pretty sure I’ve written this before and it fits for this challenge.
I want to be 98 lbs, slim hips and abs, toned legs and arm. Believe it or not, it made me feel taller.
I want to be able to say ‘NO’ to temptation…which didn’t work tonight. I want to eat more freggies. I want to fit into all my ‘small’ clothes.
I want my DH to agree to help up the weekly menus for our meals and stick to them.
I may add to this if I think of anything else.
