Okay, I have come to a conclusion when it comes to my workouts! I'm from now on am going to workout in the morning! When I wait until the evening, I don't feel like doing it! Yesterday, I wasn't feeling well due to a migraine. So, I decided not to workout! Then, I told myself that I was going to workout today, but didn't! Ugh! That's it! Workout is going to happen in the morning!

I did well again with my eating! I'm proud of that! I feel positive about the eating, but bad about not working out! Especially, since I love working out and how I feel afterwards! However, I am not going to beat myself up about this! Tomorrow morning, I will have my date with Jillian and do Workout #3 as well as walking for my cardio!

  Hey there. I just started BR and am loving it so far. I completed kickstart and only lost 2 pounds but I don't have a lot to lose, just wanted to tighten up some areas. So far I've noticed my abs have shrunk down a bit and my legs are getting leaner and it's only been less than 2 weeks. I have to admit I wasn't a big fan of Jillian's style on the Biggest Loser but I like her in the videos. Definitely motivating me to get up every morning to work out.

  I'm practically the opposite. I'm like a zombie in the morning. I'm lucky to get out of bed to make myself food let alone make myself get up, get dressed and make myself sweat. I like working out at night because then I get a really good night's sleep. And I do love my sleep. (:

    I love to work out in the morning! That's when I feel the best and have the most energy. I always make excuses if I wait until afternoon or later, so it's easier for me to just get up, get it done, and move on. You can do it!!
