Okay, I have come to a conclusion when it comes to my workouts! I'm from now on am going to workout in the morning! When I wait until the evening, I don't feel like doing it! Yesterday, I wasn't feeling well due to a migraine. So, I decided not to workout! Then, I told myself that I was going to workout today, but didn't! Ugh! That's it! Workout is going to happen in the morning!
I did well again with my eating! I'm proud of that! I feel positive about the eating, but bad about not working out! Especially, since I love working out and how I feel afterwards! However, I am not going to beat myself up about this! Tomorrow morning, I will have my date with Jillian and do Workout #3 as well as walking for my cardio!
