Day 66 is today!
Well, after a TWELVE DAY vacation, I am back on track. Due to some recent stress-induced problems, I have not done very well lately. The big straw that broke the camel's back and opened the flood-gates was not being able to get internet hooked up at the new house. I got so discouraged, I gave up. I hate that. So here I am, after twelve days wasted, back on track, hopefully.
Today, I made my calorie goals. I feel a little bit better about that, anyway. I am also happy to report that, while I have not been eating right, I have been swimming like a fish. I have logged an hour and a half of swimming since Monday this week. I will also swim tomorrow. Yay! Two hours, at least, of exercise this week. And while I have gained a couple of pounds back, I'm beginning to feel stronger, have more energy, and need fewer medications. That is a real testament to the power of exercise!
So, for now, I'm behind. I'm at 17% on weight loss and 22% on days. I still think I can pull it off; I'll just have to work harder. I'm committed to doing so. Send me some love, people... with your support, I can do this!
