Hello Sparkers! I've been an official Sparker for 4 days now. My main focus is really watching what I eat, by counting calories and staying within my calorie range. I can't believe it, I've lost 2 pounds!!! I'm very excited. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by Christmas Eve.
So much has been learned these past few ground breaking days. First of all, my favorite foods are CHEESE, Bread, and Meat-so I love making homemade Quesadillas . I used to pack in as much cheese as physically possible in my Quesadillas. When I joined Spark People on Monday, I found out that 1 ounce of cheese is generally the serving size.... I think my heart broke there! But it turns out that 1 ounce..... IS ALL I NEED! (No way!) I made this Quesadilla with 1 ounce cheddar, 1 ounce munster, and 2 ounces of Corn Beef on a whole wheat tortilla. It was absolutely delicious, and I cannot believe that I've wasted COUNTLESS calories over the years on waaaay to much cheese! And now that I know that, I'm on my way to being a slimmer girl, and that cheese can't stop me now! HA!
