Let me start off with this first...aunt Flow
came for a visit today and along with the visit always comes the cramping
so I really didn't feel like doing a workout...in fact the thought of a workout today was quite revolting
but because I wanted a perfect score this month...meaning I have so far worked out 6 days per week these past 3 weeks I wanted to make it to a full month of working out 6 days per week!
So I dragged myself
downstairs and popped in my workout! I did it!!!
I did 10 minute solution/ kettlebell Thigh & bun Blaster for a warm up then did Jnl Fusion Lean Legs! Man those JNL Fusion really kick butt!! Short and sweet!! Got me good!!
Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance.
