My fitbit sleep report:

Sleep efficiency 55%- a big fat F!
I went to bed at 10 and read for an hour -
still taking Nyquil for coughing-
was able to sleep in (until 8:30) this morning
so I felt pretty good when I woke up.
I am looking forward to discussing this with my doctor on Dec 11th.
BTW- I discovered my Fitbit is set for 'sensitive' rather than 'normal' in the sleep tracker settings and there is some issue where when I change it to normal it won't stay there.
Fitbit customer support told me they are working on this issue and will keep me informed of any fixes they may put on their website.
Maybe I'm not really failing all these nights..
Heading out tonight with my wonderful DIL for a night os shopping- our little town has a 'Ladies Out on Main Street' shopping event twice a year to encourage shopping local and it's a lot of fun- chilly but fun!
