Never mind- failed again

My fitbit sleep report:

"You went to bed at 10:56PM
Time to fall asleep 21min
Times awakened 18
You were in bed for 9hrs 30min
Actual sleep time 5hrs 3min"

Sleep efficiency 55%- a big fat F!

I went to bed at 10 and read for an hour -
still taking Nyquil for coughing-
was able to sleep in (until 8:30) this morning
so I felt pretty good when I woke up.

I am looking forward to discussing this with my doctor on Dec 11th.

BTW- I discovered my Fitbit is set for 'sensitive' rather than 'normal' in the sleep tracker settings and there is some issue where when I change it to normal it won't stay there.
Fitbit customer support told me they are working on this issue and will keep me informed of any fixes they may put on their website.
Maybe I'm not really failing all these nights..

Heading out tonight with my wonderful DIL for a night os shopping- our little town has a 'Ladies Out on Main Street' shopping event twice a year to encourage shopping local and it's a lot of fun- chilly but fun!

    Ahhhhhh, the sensitive setting may just be the problem and you may be sleeping better than it shows - if you feel rested that's what counts! Hope you had a good time shopping tonight!!!

    I'm guessing that Fitbit is having a bad night sleep again. You are probably doing fine. If you feel great, then I'd use it as a tool but not let it get me worked.
The Ladies Night sounds so Christmassy and romantic. Hope it is lots of fun.
Send Fitbit to bed early without dinner.

    I wish I was going shopping with you. Sounds like tons of fun. I'm not yet ready to get a fitbit . Maybe some day. I hate to fail. LOL!

Unless you have sleep apnea I think something is wrong with your reading (unless you were in the bathroom 18 times LOL)

    You know, I agree with CHEFKATLEANER. If you're feeling rested and are able to carry on with your day, the that is an important factor to consider.

Yes, I posted a question on the help & support forum and saw your comment there about the "sensitive" setting. Mine is set on the other one (regular?) so who knows what the difference is.

I hope they figure it out. Maybe it ISN'T you???

    I think you really need to look at how YOU feel when you get up in the morning. Do you feel well rested? Still tired?

I think you're putting too much stock into this Fitbit thing.
