I am restarting my weight loss journey once again. This time setting myself up for success. Waking up and out walking before sunrise. Coming home and eating sensible breakfasts. I plan on walking everyday for about an hour. And then strength training three days a week. And then in a couple of weeks taking up water aerobics again 2 days a week and the gym the rest of the work week. I also love quotes. I will be posting a lot of them here along with some great tips.
