I am feeling great today. I did my strenth training for toady and added more wight on some workouts exercises. I now realize that adding just a little wieght makes a Big differance. After the hour with wieghts and doing the chunches (witch I still hate to do). I hit the hot tub to relax. I was getting ready to leave and got on the scale just for fun. I hit the 10lbs lost mark. I know I used my scale at home yesterday and it said I gained 5lbs. I am taking the gyms scale and dancing to the weight loss bank. LOL
I will keep demember on the same roll I have been on. 14lbs to go to reack my 12 week goal and 5 weeks left. I CAN DO IT!!!!!!
