New Game Plan

So for the past few months, I've been b*tching that I've wanted to get my butt up every morning and get in my workouts ... well it's no secret that I love my sleepy time. But I want my success more. So here is my new game plan for December:... man, can't believe it's coming up next week already!!

Morning (BEFORE WORK) Workouts:

M/T/TH/F:
BodyRock.tv (they're short HIIT, but effective)

Wednesday:
Elliptical 20 mins (at least)

***MAKE SURE I EAT ENOUGH FOR BREAKFAST***

Evening Workouts:

M - Sat: Insanity

T - TH - Sat: Zumba

M - W - F: Elliptical


I will be making a visual board as well at home so that I will constantly be inspired in my house. Every where I look. So somethings I have to look forward to and areas to improve are:

Clean Eating resumes immediately.
Eating more often resumes immediately.
No soda has been an non-issue.
Drink more Green Tea.
No scale... strictly tape measure!
Progress pictures.

    You sound like me! I don't go to work until 10am so there's plenty of time for me to exercise in the mornings. I was doing great at running in the mornings until the weather turned cool. Then I started to stay in bed on the days my husband drives to school and come back and get in the bed on mornings that I drove. I have a dear friend who is going through this lifestyle change with me so I finally promised her that I would run 3 times a week and if I don't I pay her $10. That has done the trick for the past 3 weeks. I know without making her that promise I would have stayed in bed. Making promises to myself just doesn't work when it's cold outside and I have a nap opportunity! Breakfast and eating often is key for me too. Looks like you have a great plan! You can do it!

    Good on you!! I particularly agree with "no scale"....I just get on one in my doctor's office (once every three months) and that's it. That way don't need to report my weight, he sees it himself!! (now it had best be GOOD OR ELSE!!!!)

    Keep on keeping on and I know you're doing great!
