So for the past few months, I've been b*tching that I've wanted to get my butt up every morning and get in my workouts ... well it's no secret that I love my sleepy time. But I want my success more. So here is my new game plan for December:... man, can't believe it's coming up next week already!!
Morning (BEFORE WORK) Workouts:
BodyRock.tv (they're short HIIT, but effective)
Elliptical 20 mins (at least)
***MAKE SURE I EAT ENOUGH FOR BREAKFAST***
M - Sat: Insanity
T - TH - Sat: Zumba
M - W - F: Elliptical
I will be making a visual board as well at home so that I will constantly be inspired in my house. Every where I look. So somethings I have to look forward to and areas to improve are:
Clean Eating resumes immediately.
Eating more often resumes immediately.
No soda has been an non-issue.
Drink more Green Tea.
No scale... strictly tape measure!
