I didn't notice it until I looked at my calendar on Map My Run...15 days! Normally I take a rest day once a week. I think I'll keep the streak going, at least 10 minutes a day. And on the days where I feel like I don't want to do anything, I'll do Yoga or Pilates. That's what I did last night - 10 minutes of Pilates, which turned into 20 minutes of Pilates, woohoo! I love streaks.
And sweaty post-workout pictures. Mmmmm unwashed, sweaty hair and shiny face.
Ironically I always feel like I look best with that lovely post-workout glow...or sweat. Same difference.
