Things are a bit tight right now, so my husband and I gave up our fitness center membership. I knew this would make it tough on me, even though I have plenty of workout resources in our home. Monday I went home, got out EA Active 2, and started a new 3-week program with a 4-day a week workout schedule. Last night was off from EA Active 2, so I dug out the stability ball and the 12 moves of Christmas. I was able to put together a really strenuous workout, and tonight I'm back to EA Active 2.
For all you with no gym membership or have that gym membership that you never use, you can do this on your own. Use the resources in your home and in your community...you may find that these things give you a much better workout than 30 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical, and less intimidating than spinning or Zumba
