check me out! blogging twice in 1 week!
I don't have much to say but wanted to stop and check in. I'm trying to come up with a plan for weight last going forward. it's just proving really hard when I can't exercise yet. the couple of things I do know are:
stop eating cookies! at least stop eating so many cookies.
as difficult as it is, I need to keep breastfeeding. apparently it's great for weight loss!
just because I can't officially exercise, doesn't mean I can sit on my butt all day everyday.
that's all I've got for now. I officially adjusted all of my SparkPeople goals today too. the new goal is to lose all the baby weight plus 10 pounds by my next birthday. Let's hope I can do it!
