BLC20 - HARDCORE WEEKEND CHALLENGE 11/30-12/3

This challenge can be spread out however you would like over the weekend! Points for each letter are all or nothing!

H = Hydrate with 32 cups of non-caloric liquid = 10pts.
A = Accumulate 120 cardio exercise minutes = 20pts.
R = Reinforce your upper body, lower body, and core in some SERIOUS strength training (at least 2 sets of 12 of 5 exercises per zone) = 10pts.
D = Discuss your thoughts with your teammates on our team thread (post) at least 2 times = 10pts.
C = Count and log every single calorie that enters your mouth AND stay in range every day = 20pts.
O = Organize 2 small areas in your home – organization projects should take LESS THAN 15 min. = 10pts.
R = Revitalize yourself with at least 12 servings of veggies (fruits not included) = 10pts.
E = Enrich yourself with at least 7 hours of sleep per night = 10pts.
