It seems easier to complain about what I did not accomplish, or how much I would have lost had I done better at eating or stay at the gym an extra 10 minutes. Today I thought about the weight that I have lost, my streaks that may have been broken once or twice but were restarted. A year ago, I would not have gotten out of bed 15 minutes earlier to do pushups and situps. I would not have set out to run when it is 25 degrees outside.
