Stuck in a rut

Thursday, November 29, 2012

Well, I can make excuses...I've had a zillion social engagments, most evenings for the past week due to holiday, birthdays, etc. I've been pretty good at planning my eating so as to not terribly go over my calories, though when there are drinks involved then I inevitably do go over.

One thing I'd like to work on is trying to work out in the mornings. I'm definitely not a morning person, but often when I have things to do in the evenings, I "run out of time" to work out. I haven't gained any weight in the past few weeks but I certainly haven't lost any either. I'm making excuses and stuck in a rut. I have big ideas for exercising, but often don't stick to the plan. I need to re-energize and really focus on why I'm doing this. I thought I had my goals set but maybe there's something deeper here.

Anyway, I'm rambling. Just a few morning musings. Have a great day Spark friends!

I have to make an appointment for myself. If I don't work out in the morning, I have to work out right after work otherwise I don't get a workout in. But it works for me anyway.

I can make thousands of excuses for myself. The good thing is you can always restart and begin again. Have a good night.

If its important you find a way
If its not you find a excuse.

I have this quote in my mind all the time when I think I don't want to do that or I'll have seconds just this one time.... Than I remember I am important! I'm a better person when I make myself important, I respect myself and my body and decide that I know what good for me and I find a way

you are important to this scheme . YOU are a star . so you must make it around you . you are the center of the whole shooting match . if you can not work-out in the morning then go to later in the day . You must make time for you . you come first . you can do this . emoticon

Come on you must make time for yourself.

Leave what you are doing in the morning and workout. Then do the jobs later.

I hope this will get you going, you deserve it
