Well, I can make excuses...I've had a zillion social engagments, most evenings for the past week due to holiday, birthdays, etc. I've been pretty good at planning my eating so as to not terribly go over my calories, though when there are drinks involved then I inevitably do go over.
One thing I'd like to work on is trying to work out in the mornings. I'm definitely not a morning person, but often when I have things to do in the evenings, I "run out of time" to work out. I haven't gained any weight in the past few weeks but I certainly haven't lost any either. I'm making excuses and stuck in a rut. I have big ideas for exercising, but often don't stick to the plan. I need to re-energize and really focus on why I'm doing this. I thought I had my goals set but maybe there's something deeper here.
