My scale has made it abundantly clear that I am now going to have to fight, fight, FIGHT!! to lose each and every excess pound.
The numbers are creeping down by the tenth of a lb. Per WEEK. YIKES!
So I took a look at my log and oh yeah, most days were incomplete and many days were missing.
Yes, I've been hitting my protein and fluid goals. Great job P! Then I added another column for calories and had a real eye opener. The calorie cost each day has been way over 800! Mostly in the 1000 to 1100 range.
(We really need an emoticon that shows me hitting my head on the wall! Insert that here.)
Couple that with my sporadic activities explains why my weight loss has been slow to none each week. Well DUH!!
So now I actively track what goes in my mouth including meds, vitamins and supplements and break out amt, protein, fluid and calories. Seeing it on paper makes me think twice about having something non-calorie vs. caloric.
Yesterday was Day 1 on new tracking system. More progress repts to follow~~~
