Sweatin' to the jingle!

Today I read on the Spark blog "18 Ways to Stay on Track over the Holidays" about different ways to stay active during this busy time of year.

I especially liked this one. I have a gala at my home on the 18th and I am dreading preparing the house for guests.

''As you are preparing the house for the festivities, turn the chores into ''stealth'' exercise. Put on your workout clothes to get into workout mode. Crank up the inspirational music and vacuum and clean vigorously fast to get that heart rate up. Not only will you get the cleaning done in record time, but you will also fit in an interval workout as well.''

Okay, I'm going to crank up the volume on "Jingle Bell Rock". Can you hear it !!!!!

    Mine is Rocking Around The Christmas Tree! We do a belly dance routine to it and I can't help but move when I hear it! You can find me belly dancing in many stores over the holiday season! LOL! I have an aerobic mix of christmas music and I use it to clean, to walk, to just move!
