Long time no see!

Itís been almost a month since my last blog. I havenít been making SP or my health a priority lately. Iíve logged a total of 59 fitness minutes for the month. Really? What the heck is wrong with me? Iíve been lazy and eating way too much. I just havenít cared. I want to care, I just donít feel that I have the energy. Iím tired all the time. Iím back to making tons of excuses and it needs to stop.

As of now, my weight is up this month again. I only have a couple days left to change that, and I really donít think itís possible. Especially with mother nature hanging around this week. So I guess Iíll just have to suck it up and accept another gain this month (3 months in a row) and be thankful that Iím still down over 10 lbs from January and try to make December a better month.

On a more positive note, between making a bunch of Christmas gifts and my online shopping yesterday, Iím almost done shopping already! Iím hoping that that fact allows me some ďfree timeĒ in December. Free time that will hopefully be used for EXERCISE!

    Missed you! I was so inspired by your "No excuses" exercise program. Now you need some "tough love" to get back with the program. You can do it! I linked to a blog today that might give you some inspiration and motivation. Check it out!

    Even though you may not be able to fix it by the end of Novemeber - I am glad you are here! Maybe you can schedule some exercise in your busy schedule even if it is for a short period of time! Every minute counts!

    So glad you're back.
From the outside looking in I can see it ---
No exercise leads to bad eating leads to fatigue and the "I don't care" attitude.

gestion: Get a fitbit and start walking.

For me the trick is definitely to move more (which I haven't done this week due to being a bit under the weather). Everything else is easier to handle if I'm on track with my workouts.
