I didn't mention goals or how I will measure progress much in my 21 day plan blog mainly because I always talk about this lol! But just to be clear about what I want to get out of this. I will talk about it a little more.
I have gone back to weighing in every day since sometime in the summer so I will continue to do that. It is just a good habit once you get passed the fact that weight isn't everything and it does fluctuate a pound or two day by day. Right now I have been fluctuating between 116-119. Mainly been seeing 118. Goal is not focused on weight. Even though I have mentioned it would be nice to see 115 again... I might, but deep down I would much rather see more muscles on me than that number.
What I really want to get out of this is reduced belly fat. I know many have said I don't really have much but I know my body and what size it can be even after having kids. For me they are not the excuse. I have gotten my waist all the way back down to 24inches after having the first two. As close as 25 after having number three. So maintaining around 27 inches right now just does not feel good to me. I got down to a solid 26 at the beginning of Nov when I saw 17.9% body fat. And now with all the stress extra sugar and everything I am nearing 27 well with clothes it is 27.
By the end of these 21 days I want to be under 26 inches. Even if just by a tini bit lol! That is it. My main goal is melt off more belly fat. It is my "problem" area and it drives me nuts sometimes so I am doing something about it. Eating super clean and getting all of my workouts in.
