This fall I've worked on stress reduction with Deepak Chopra's 21 day mediation challenge.
In January, I'm looking forward to making changes with 21-Day Vegan Kickstart from Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM).
February - I'll be doing E2 (Engine 2)
Both programs are plant based. I need to consume more plants.
Making changes with my family has been challenging ... but slowly we are all making changes. Sure it would be great to go "Cold Turkey". But changing meal planning, buying choices and habits, and new methods of cooking are slowing replace all those years of old ways.
The repetition is good, each time through I retain more. I change more. This is my third time with PCRM and will be my second with E2.
I'm looking forward to adding to the changes that already made.
