Motivation.
I don’t know why. I want to lose weight, I want to start, I’m eating right but making time to exercise isn’t something I stick too and I really don’t know why.
I got the Turbo Fire Program. I’ve done 2 workouts in the last 3 weeks – LAME.
I’m going to make time to get in my workout today. I’m supposed to be doing the prep schedule and since I haven’t finished week 1 EVER, I’m picking up with what’s scheduled for week1 Thursday which is the Tone 30 Class…
