I donít know why. I want to lose weight, I want to start, Iím eating right but making time to exercise isnít something I stick too and I really donít know why.
I got the Turbo Fire Program. Iíve done 2 workouts in the last 3 weeks Ė LAME.
Iím going to make time to get in my workout today. Iím supposed to be doing the prep schedule and since I havenít finished week 1 EVER, Iím picking up with whatís scheduled for week1 Thursday which is the Tone 30 ClassÖ
