Really?!?! Well whatever, I'm still moving forward.
I only did the elliptical yesterday. Decided to take my kindle with me and try and read while working out instead of observing the atmosphere
. This worked great! It also kept my eyes off the timer. I was also listening to my Ipod as well which help me keep pace. I often wondered how people use the elliptical and/or treadmill and read or look at magazines. Now I know it's possible. So this will be added to my gym bag. Now to go download a book to read.
So I got to get my act together and begin to focus a lot harder the remainder of this month and December. I want to be out of the 270's and prayerfully the 260's before the beginning of 2013!
