Weight, down 3lbs from yesterday but still 6 to go to get back down to my low of recent weeks.
Yesterday was a success all around. I didn't feel the greatest but I did ok with eating and exercise. I had a much heavier dinner than I should have but it still fit into my day as I had not been very hungry.
Goals for Today:
Make a good choice for dinner after the dentist
Complete no less than 15 minutes of exercise
Make 3 phone calls necessary for work
Eat no less than 5 servings of freggies today
Drink at least 10 glasses of water
Have a healthy day!
