Thursday Goals

Weight, down 3lbs from yesterday but still 6 to go to get back down to my low of recent weeks.

Yesterday was a success all around. I didn't feel the greatest but I did ok with eating and exercise. I had a much heavier dinner than I should have but it still fit into my day as I had not been very hungry.

Goals for Today:

emoticon Make a good choice for dinner after the dentist emoticon

emoticon Complete no less than 15 minutes of exercise emoticon

emoticon Make 3 phone calls necessary for work emoticon

emoticon Eat no less than 5 servings of freggies today

emoticon Drink at least 10 glasses of water

Seems that you have mapped it out well for yourself.

I hope all goes well for you.

(I attempt to look at my "official" or real body weight on a week to week basis, rather than day to day, as there are so many variables that affect ones weight day to day . . . as in whether one is dehydrated vs. hydarated vs. well-hydrated . . . and the time of day vs. ones "constitution". JMHO)
