1. A facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners of the mouth and indicating pleasure, amusement, or derision.
2. A pleasant or favorable disposition or aspect

A smile is more then just an expression you place on your face. A smile, a true meaningful smile, comes from within. Somedays we just don't feel like smiling. But no matter the mood, if you just place a smile upon your face, it penetrates within and low and behold it takes! I love the Christmas movie "Elf" and I once again will quote him.
"I love to smile! Smilings my favorite!"
Try taking Buddy's advise just for today. Try making smiling YOUR favorite too!

I go out today with a smile on my face. But knowing very well, that it goes much deeper!
